I use the Orange Whip to help me:
1. Feel the golf swing
2. Feel the tension built up and released in the lower body, upper body, and hands
3. Warm up my muscles before I play
I swing this in a rhythm that is slower than my normal rhythm. It is too heavy to swing quickly.
If you are six feet tall or taller, the 47.5-inch will work.
When you want to check your swing to verify how efficient it is, use the Tour Striker. If your swing is efficient, the shot will have a 7-iron trajectory and go the distance of your 7-iron. If your swing is not efficient, the shot will have a low trajectory. I recommend the Tour Striker Pro 7-iron.
Finding your rhythm is key to developing a consistent golf swing. I have found this book and CD called Tour Tempo useful in learning to find my rhythm.
